Our landlord was replacing bedroom carpets, and to be honest, I dreaded all of the imagined work on my part for this to happen. However, I was so wowed that I was compelled to review J.C. Carpets on my own behalf. They came out at a convenient time to measure and prepare their quote, and assured me they would move all furniture and things that were boxed up. The two installers could not have been more pleasant and friendly! I expected to do more on the day (moving items we couldn’t box, etc), but they waved me off and got to work. They steadily and quietly cleared rooms and replaced carpets…I barely knew they were here! They were careful when carrying things in the main living areas where my young daughter was playing, and with our items that they had to move aside. The install completed within their estimated window, and the work appears well done. I could not be happier with both the new carpets and the service they provided!
